How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the order tracking page. If you have any questions, please email jennifer@ycgyu.com.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Total wait time = Order processing time + Shipping time. For all orders, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For international shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been processed, you can cancel the order and you will receive a full refund within 1-3 business days. However, if it has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If the customer insists on canceling before shipping, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely and conveniently using your PayPal account or by credit card through PayPal.

Yes! When checking out, click the PayPal button.
