To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for refunds <br>Due to the nature of these items, no refunds will be accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days from receipt of your item for your refund to be processed.

Please note that
Refunds do not include shipping costs, bank or credit card fees, customs duties or any other charges.
– All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original price.

Damages and Problems <br>Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
